Book $ Increase

Fellow Netters and solvers of problems;
I am in the process of working on budget, as is everyone at this time of
year and I remember seeing an article concerning the increase of materials
to make books and how it was influencing the rising cost of books in
general. I would like to use this in my proposal for funds and wonder if
anyone happens to have this information at their fingertips. I would really
