ELEM: limited English proficiency materials-2nd try

Hello again,

I posted this message a couple weeks ago, and so far have only received 2
replies.  Please, PLEASE, if you have materials in your elementary library
for students with limited English ability - PLEASE help with these questions:

1.  What catalogs, vendors, sources, do you use to find appropriate
materials?  How much do they cost compared to regular English materials?

2.  Do the materials get used regularly, or do they become shelf-sitters as
too "babyish"?

We in Sioux Falls would really like to hear from other schools who have been
down this path before us.  We are seeing an increase of immigrants and
refugees from eastern Europe, Africa and southeast Asia, and are at a loss to
know where to start.
