subject headings

Dear LM Netters,
     I am taking a cataloging class and must do a report on
"Inconsistencies in Subject Headings".  I know that this is not a hot
topic right now, but anything that you may run across would probably help.
If you have noticed any particular areas where this has been a problem,
or if you can suggest some resources, please post.
