I am sure this is NOT the official history of s'mores...but, it is a cute
one...since you sound like you are tired of looking, you might find this
amusing...maybe not....but, give it a try...

BTW, since I am old (48), I remember s'mores from camping trips with the Girl
Scouts....have you tried to talk to someone in your local council? Or, how
about the Nabisco Company? or Hershey's....
