Technology Committee

Our school district spent almost two years researching, planning,
conducting surveys, collecting data and finally writing and rewriting
a Technology Plan.  The plan was submitted to the local school board
and they unamiously adopted the plan.  A millage was passed by the
local patrons earmarked for technology, and a Technology Director was
hired and the work has begun.  Now that all the hard work has been
completed and is in effect, what is the function of the Technology
Committee?  We are meeting 2 to 3 times a year each time with the
objective of reporting where each individual school is on their
yearly plan.  However, I feel that we could be misintrepreted very
easily by the administration as a policing committee and none of us
want that scenerio.  Can any one out there who has been there and
done that advise me "Where to now?"  Thanks LaWanda
