Dear Netters, Our small independent school (pk-12, 565 students) would like to develop some forms to allow teachers to evaluate principals and headmasters (who also function as THE superintendent). Needless to say, this has not been initiated by the principals or headmasters themselves. Does anyone do this? Have any sample forms that you could send, either via email or snail mail? Suggestions? I've researched this through ERIC and some Internet searches, which have produced some information about how principals & superintendents are evaluated by their superiors, but not by the teachers. I'd appreciate any ideas, forms, suggestions, help, what-have-you that anyone can offer. Many thanks.
