Hello:

Today, a student requested the full-text of a speech by Dr. Winston
Johnson called "You Can Soar".  We have been unable to find any leads on
this speech.  The student believes Dr. Johnson is an African-American.
She quoted parts of the speech including "go to Penn State instead of
the state pen., go to Yale not to jail, go to Morehouse not the Big
House..."  It sounded like it was written within the last several years
and apparently a drama teacher at a previous school had a book that
contained the full document.  Any leads would be appreciated.  Please
