W.I.S.H. Reading Program

Spent time today looking for information on the WISH (When Individual
Success Happens) Reading Program.  Came up with nothing.  Have a teacher
who wants to learn about it.  I guess it is similar to Reading Recovery.
The teacher would like to know the differences.
