MID, SEC: JOB SHARING

Hi,
        I am trying to work out the logistics for job-sharing in middle/high school
library in September.  Any experienced job-sharers with wisdom to share would
be appreciated.
        Suggestions about....splitting the time
                                            .....the tasks
                                  ....how do you arrange sick-days
                                                        do you fill in for one 
another
                                                        how do you manage keeping 
days balanced
                                                ....physical arrangements
                                              .....any other pearls of wisdom
        How great it is to have sooooo many  generous peers willing to share wisdom
and experiences.  Thanks in advance.   Will do a HIT if people express an
interest.
