GEN: PORTLAND WEATHER/AASL

Sharron is coming from Iowa and we are coming from Florida.  We are
interested in what kind of clothing to bring also.  We are currently
having temps in the mid 80's with moderate humidity.  I know that is not
Portland weather but one of our questions concerns your indoor climate.
We have found when we go to the midwest or north in the winter the
businesses etc have it so hot that we are uncomfortable in WINTER wear.
Can someone give us an idea if we need raincoats, coats with liners,
sweaters etc. How do we dress?
