GEN: Garden Tool Identified

Thanks to all who responded so quickly with the name of the garden tool
I had posted an inquiry about.  The general consensus seems to
identify it as a "hand cultivator," although it also gets called a "hand
fork," a "scratchy," and a "garden weezel," and a "3-prong cultivator."
You folks are magnificient!  :-)
