Target: Hyperstudio Book

I may be teaching a summer institute for teachers on the use of
Hyperstudio. It will be 30 hours. What would be a good book for this
institute? It will need to be one that will take them step by step through
all the uses of Hyperstudio and one that is easy to refer back to as they
use Hyperstudio in the future. TIA
