AOL and Telnet

A similar question (actually the reverse) on LM_NET reminded me that I need
to know if there is a way to get to a telnet prompt using the latest version
of AOL (with Win95). Can anyone help?  Basically I need to know how I can
get to my provider from AOL, and I can easily reach my provider and my email
from a telnet prompt.
