Priorities

I am a first year media specialist.  I love my job and the variety of
things I am called upon to do each day, but I often feel overwhelmed.
So, here's my question for all you veterans out there:

How do you prioritize what must be done and what can wait?  What do you
consider Top Priority?

Thanks for all the good advice I've discovered on this list.  I know you
all can help me with this:)
