Hear, hear! I know it's a pain in the neck annotating one's recommendations, but Susan is right on the money when she says we can't spend time on speculative links--there are just too many. I recommend the following format when suggesting a site to the group (I'll use mine as it's handy): http://www.wcsu.k12.vt.us/~wardsboro Wardsboro School Home Page K-12. This elementary school home page has two Internet catalogs, one organized by school subject and one by general (Yellow Pagelike) subjects, as well as reading lists and other useful stuff. I love it! (Dale Copps, Librarian, Wardsboro School) URL, Title, Appropriate Audience, Summary/Review, and a Bibliographic citation regarding ownership. This will also make it super quick and easy for those of us who do maintain catalogs to add your recommended sites. -Dale -- Dale Copps, dcopps@wcsu.k12.vt.us Librarian, Wardsboro & Winhall (VT) Elementary Schools http://www.wcsu.k12.vt.us/~winhall http://www.wcsu.k12.vt.us/~wardsboro =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= To quit LM_NET (or set NOMAIL or DIGEST), Send an email message to listserv@listserv.syr.edu In the message write EITHER 1) SIGNOFF LM_NET 2) SET LM_NET NOMAIL or 3) SET LM_NET DIGEST For more help see LM_NET On The Web: http://ericir.syr.edu/lm_net/ =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=
