Hear, hear! I know it's a pain in the neck annotating one's
recommendations, but Susan is right on the money when she says we can't
spend time on speculative links--there are just too many. I recommend
the following format when suggesting a site to the group (I'll use mine
as it's handy):

Wardsboro School Home Page
K-12. This elementary school home page has two Internet catalogs, one
organized by school subject and one by general (Yellow Pagelike)
subjects, as well as reading lists and other useful stuff. I love it!

URL, Title, Appropriate Audience, Summary/Review, and a Bibliographic
citation regarding ownership.

This will also make it super quick and easy for those of us who do
maintain catalogs to add your recommended sites.
