TECH: Nasty e mail

Dear Netters...
Lately my e mail is barraged with  commercial free sex offers or how
to make millions.  How do I get rid of these?  I delete delete delete
but I really woul rather just not have it!!!  If I contact them to
stop this will they listen?  Can I complain to someone?  Any
hints?HELP!
