Brodart really helped us on a cart order through them..  They went to bat
for us with the manufacturer (Luxor) who did not want to take returns
because the carts [wrong size] has arrived over the summer and Luxor's
allowable exchange time period had expired.  After many phone calls/time on
Brodarts part, they solved the problem - and the only charge was the
shipping back of the original carts to Luxor.  Brodart absorbed any of
their extra costs for shipping and restocking.  The rep in charge of NYS
Contract items is the person who helped us - ask for her.  I have found
them to be a very customer friendly company.
