GEN: volunteers in the library

Hello!  I am a graduate student in desperate need of information on
volunteers that help in the library.  I am required to research this
topic for a report and I am having a hard time trying to find a place to
start.  I need any and all information that anyone can provide, even from
the minute details.  Any help will be greatly appreciated.  Thank you for
help in this matter.  By the way, you might be able to tell that I am new
to the system.  Please be patient with me.
