encyclopedias

To all of you out there who are always ready to help--I need it. I am in
the process of ordering an encylcopedia for grades 5--8 that would deal
with nations of the world.  I was looking at the JUNIOR WORLDMARK
ENCYCLOPEDIA OF THENATIONS (cost $225).  and the HANDBOOK OF THE NATIONS
($120.00) .  Do any  of you know these books and/or recommend them?  If you
have another encyclopedia that you like please let me know.  Also, while on
the subject of encyclopedias , what about an encyclopedia for little ones,
