TARGET:What do you really really want for the holidays?

Dear Friends,
You have come through for me so many times and I ask your help once
again.  I am currently writing a column on what teachers/librarians would
like to receive as a holiday gift.  (A good chunk of my readers are wired
parents.)

We all have enough scarves, aftershave and pencil sets.  If parents were
to pool their resources and buy a classroom gift, what would make a wired
teacher happy? How about perfect gifts from an individual parent?  Would
you go nuts for a journal subscription, external drive, digital camera?
I know I'd much rather receive disks than cologne!

I welcome any and all ideas and will happily reprint my article here.
