Chili dinner fundraiser

I am having a chili dinner at school to make money for Accelerated Reader
books.  Has anyone ever done this before?  If so, please send me some
suggestions.  How many volunteers should I have make chili for 200 people?
How about tea, dessert, cornbread?  I really don't know how much I'll need.
 I am going to charge 4.00 for adults, and 2 for children.  Does that sound
reasonable?
