Hello All, First, I must say how wonderful it was to meet with so many California 'Netters yesterday at CSLA. Thank you again, Peter, for this fantastic community you've created! Now, to business. I thought my automation decision was in the bag, but I'm back to square one. I would love to hear pro's and con's from users of the following systems: SIRS/Mandarin Alexandria by Companion, and Concourse from Book Systems, the makers of Master Library System which may have a larger user base in the South. I am working in a Jewish day school, K-8, with a student body of 500 hundred. The library has about 8,000 items at present, with capacity around 12,000. Thank you in advance for your time and assistance, Sharon Blumenstein, Emek Hebrew Academy, Sherman Oaks, CA email:>>>shablu@aol.com<<<< =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= To quit LM_NET (or set NOMAIL or DIGEST), Send an email message to listserv@listserv.syr.edu In the message write EITHER 1) SIGNOFF LM_NET 2) SET LM_NET NOMAIL or 3) SET LM_NET DIGEST For more help see LM_NET On The Web: http://ericir.syr.edu/lm_net/ =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=
