A teacher has asked for recommendations for authors that you have had
success with.  They should be suitable for a k-6 school, in New York state
or nearby in the Northeastern US, and have a daily fee no greater than
1000 plus moderate expenses.  If response warrants it I will post a hit.

is requested, as it is making ominous noises.
