principal issues, problems, opportunities

        I am working on a major research project on the school librarian.
I am attempting to define the principal issues, problems, and
opportunities associated with school library media centers.  I figured
what better place to go for help defining these questions than a
discussion group of practicing professionals.   If anyone has the time
send me your personal situation or something you believe to be an
important issue or a problem or opportunity you experienced.  Your help
with my Internet copyright question was great.  Thank you all very much.
