HIT: SIRS/Mandarin, Alexandria, Concourse (Master Library Systems)

Thank you to all who've replied.  Alexandria users reported in positively,
but if any of you are still lurking out there with unexpressed views,
especially about the fairly new Concourse (Master Library's upgrade) I'd love
to hear from you. The Concourse folks had been limited to the South till
recently, but are attempting a very aggressive debut nationally with many
perks including matching a purchase discount to book fair sales.
