GEN: library rankings

Can anyone give me a source for a statistic about where CA ranks among
states in the nation as far as school libraries go? As in, how many, how
much money spent, and/or any other relevant data. I have a speech to
give, and need to be able to make a statement and back it up with data
and a source.
