GEN : Video discussion guides storage-what do you do?

Hi,
  In the old days of filmstrip kits, the discussion guides generally fit
nicely inside the box.  With videos, this doesn't work.  I just got a
couple more with 2-3 page, looseleaf style/size, guides.  They don't fit in
the video storage box.  If you band them to the video, they get torn, lost,
etc.  Do you keep them in a notebook and trust to memory that you've got
the guide when a teacher wants the video or what?
I'll post a hit if asked.
