web site policy

I am conducting a survey among secondary schools. Does your school have
a written policy on the content allowed in its web page? I would
appreciate viewing some examples of written policies.  Who decides
content? Who decides the design? Who is the webmaster?  How often is it
updated?  Does your school have a policy? ect....
