Satellite dish/pro?con?

We're planning a new media/computer center.  I'd appreciate feedback
from those who have satellite access in their schools?  Is it used
much?  By whom?  Which dept?  Is it tough to administer?  Cost
justified?   What else do I need to know?  Thanks for your input.
