Need Laminator parts

I have a Seal Laminator dated 1988 with the manual and parts
information, but the company was sold and parts are unavailable.  The
heating element in the bottom has gone out and needs to be replaced, but
I am not aware of a deal for replacement parts.  Does anyone know of a
dealer for Seal Laminator replacement parts or does anyone have an old
18" Seal Laminator that they are not using any more that they would like
to sell for the parts?
