Target:furniture and brodart

We ordered and pre-paid for half of our furniture order from Brodart last
spring.  Last month they noified us that the furniture company is no
longer in business.  We requested a refund and no one has gooten back to
us.  Has anyone else run into this problem?  What steps have you taken to
resolve this type of problem.
We are frustrated because our calls are not being returned. TIA for all
your help.
