ELEM: Flex girl marches on

Hello to my many friends,

Thursday was a horrible day.  I met with the two union reps in my
building, and we got nothing accomplished.  They told me that I am
taking this personally, and that I shouldn't be.  They also said that
I don't have to answer any questions that I don't want to.  They
didn't seem to feel that it was unprofessional to be handed 60
anonymous questions, half of which never should have come to me in the
first place.

I am going to respond to each and every one of you personally as soon
as this mess is somewhat resolved.  I did rush order the Flexible
Access book by Buchanan, and plan on reading it, along with all of
your messages, faxes, and wonderful packages this weekend.

Think of me between 3-4:30 MOnday!  I think my principal is going to
wait until the end of the meeting to address this, so I don't know if
the issue is going to get any closure or not yet.
