Hi!

        We are having our first open house on Sept. 16 in our new
Pre-school-fifth grade Atchison Elementary School in Atchison, KS.  We
closed all 5 of our public el.schools in June.  We are now moved into
our new home.  We have 750 students and growing each day.
        Atchison is a small city in the northeast corner of KS on the Missouri
River.  It is the birthplace of Amelia Earhart.  We celebrated her 100th
birthday in July.  We are town of 10,000 and we had at least 30,000
people here to celebrate.  How do you count that many people?
        We would love to hear from everyone all over the world to help us
celebrate the opening of our new elementary building on Sept 16.

        Our library media center is beautiful.  Our our 17,000 books shine on
our new shelving!   Thank you so much
