Are "hits" now being reviewed?

I posted a hit about my "paparazzi" responses a couple of hours ago.  I got
a response back from the listserv stating that it was being reviewed.  Since
I hadn't posted a hit in a while, I wondered if all hits were now being
reviewed before posting to the whole list.  Does anyone know?
