TECH: CD-ROM copyright

Our school has many CD-ROMs that teachers would like to check out and use
in their classrooms.  Can the run files be legally installed on more than
1 computer in the school?  The CD would only be used on 1 computer at a time.

If it can only be installed on 1 computer, can it be uninstalled and
installed on a different computer once a teacher is finished?
