Gen : CDROM Producer

Hi,
  I received a catalog from the Gallopade Publishing group advertising a
CD-ROM dealing with our state.  According to the catalog they make them for
other states as well.  Have any of you used this product?  Evaluation? What
grade levels?  It sounds like a good idea, but I hesitate to order from an
unknown (at least to me).
