E-Mail addresses of public libraries

I'm trying to find a site which lists public libraries and their e-mail
addresses. I've found several sites which list hundreds and hundreds of
public libraries and then a hyperlink to that library's home page. From
there I had to hunt around to see if I could find a contact person or
e-mail address. I don't want to do this for each and every public library,
but that's my only option thus far.

I've tried the ALA page and done several searches, but all I keep finding
is the BIG picture.
Any ideas, suggestions or telling me where _that_ page is would be greatly
appreciated. TIA.  Linda
