Several of the librarians in our school system are still using Circulation Plus on an Apple IIe computer while our administration slowly makes up its mind about what to do concerning the automation of libraries. One of the librarians called me this afternoon to tell me her HDSC hard drive crashed and even Follett or Apple cannot help her. Is there anywhere that a replacement for these hard drives can be found, even if it is a rebuilt one? Or does anyone have a telephone number for a company that sells rebuilt Apple products that we can contact? I am also very concerned about this as I am using a Sider hard drive which wasn't very reliable to begin with and there are several functions that I do not even attempt to try (such as printing the monthly Dewey list). The cost of converting the Apple IIe program to a PC or Mac is over $1300.00. We would appreciate any help on this. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Madeline L.
