If I could add a little to Dana's Pope venting. I also work in Germany and
cannot access 800 numbers. It seems that all vendors have gone to 800 numbers
which we can't use. In addition, the vendors don't even list a snail mail
address so I can contact them that way.

We also don't get vendors visiting us very often (thankfully call us either).

For any supplies, vendors who are listening, can't you put out an alternate way
to contact you besides an 800 number? I have often tried email and get
automatic responses telling me to call an 800 number or to get the catalog.

Thanks for letting us vent.
