ELEM: In the Year of the Boar

Dear Netters,
For my sister in Vermont, I am looking for lesson plans that relate to
the book "In the Year of the Boar and Jackie Robinson."  I looked it up
in the archives and found it mentioned on lots of lists, but no plans!
Are there sites with lesson plans for books? You're great!
