My feeling is that one is better off without a published weeding policy. It is very, very difficult to get parents, teachers, and administrators to understand why one weeds books....one hears comments about why one's tax dollars are being spent on books that are just going to be thrown out... it's just so, so much easier to quietly bag them. I'm curious to know what other people think about this issue.
