COPYRIGHT: Clip art

I have a copyright questions concerning the use of clip art.  We have clip
art installed on one computer in the media center.  The copyright
information specifically states that the clip art is for personal use only.
 If a classroom teacher comes to the media center with a floppy disk and
adds clip art from that computer to a word processing document on that
floppy disk, is this a copyright violation???

Your input and advice would be appreciated.
