Bibliographic citation for electronic encyclopedia

Hello!
Many kids at my high school have been asking how to cite online
encyclopedias, like Encyclopedia Britannica. I have looked at
Turabian and MLA and I can't seem to find an exact example. Also, if
any one has the version Britannica CD 97, if you note the homepage,
the copyright date is 1997, but when you put in a search and retrieve
an article, the copyright date then says 1996. Any help would be
greatly appreciated! TIA
