Clearing "about:global"

I just re-subscribed to LM-Net after several months off. I remember that a
couple of years ago there was a discussion on how to clear the records in
about:global on Netscape. My schools are on the Macintosh platform. Would
somebody please e-mail me directly and tell me how to do it? I'll forward
the information to anyone who asks me to.
