REF: Careers

Can anyone tell me (in the next half-hour or so) how many times a person
changes careers nowadays?  The average, of course.  I KNOW I have seen
this SOMEWHERE, but where?!  I can't find it on the internet or in the
limited reference material I have.

I will need the reference as well.
