This gets into all sorts of complexities.  Spammers (senders of unwanted
commercial e-mail) have many tricks, including using false return addresses
and hijacking mail service from third parties.  It can be a bear to deal
with, and may involve criminal and/or civil violations that can be
prosecuted.  Take it up with whoever provides or manages your Internet
service.  Their techs may be able to use some administrative tools to help
track down the miscreants.
