As I was reading the responses to the abandoned book question, I couldn't=

help thinking -what a waste of time! My circulation is so high that I
probably have 8 - 10 abandoned books turned in every day. Even if I want=
ed
to, I don't have time to track down the person who lost the book and take=

any kind of action with them. I am just happy to get my book back! Sorr=
y
if I stepped on anyone's toes, but I think there are lots more important
issues to deal with in a library.
