Tech: Draw 3"X5" rectangle - Works or Word

  Yes, I AM embarrassed.  This should be WAY easy, but I keep messing up.
And why do I need said rectangle?  For my cataloging class, of course.  We
must draw the darned card, then fill it in using New Courier 10.
  Now ask how much fun I'm having?
  Please reply to me personally.  I have Word 6 on my desktop and MS works
on my laptop.  Guess I prefer th desktop, but both instructions will be
committed to memory and heart!
