For those who requested, here is a summary of the results I received on
my request for listservs for school tech. coordinators (although I
didn't receive too many):

Most recommended was EdTech--subscribe by sending email msg to:
listserv@msu.edu. In body say subscribe edtech and your first and last
name. Have signature turned off. Archives are at
http://www.h-net.msu.edu/~edweb/ or at AskEric. To send messages, send
to EDTECH@msu.edu. It was also noted that the usenet version of EDTECH
is bit.listserv.edtech and can be found as a newsgroup. You will need a
news reader like Newswatcher to get it this way. The writer states that
it helps avoid a crowded mailbox.

Another new listserv is ISACS for Tech. Coordinators, librarians, media
specialists, & others interested in info. services/technologies in
schools. To subscribe send a message to isacs-tech-request@hawken.edu.
Mail should be directed to isacs-tech@hawken.edu.

A third one mentioned is PCBUILD. Writer didn't remember address, but
they do have a web site.

Finally, the website at http://www.microfusion.com.au/ has links to
lots of teacher listservs. Search for "listservs". For ones dealing
with computing, go to LINKS, then Computing and in the General section
you will find a listserv for school people.

Thanks to all who responded.
