Netscape BookMarks

Help!  Each time I close my Netscape browers.  I get one of two messages
sometimes both!

Something like "Bookmarks have changed on disk and are being reloaded."
Or some other message telling me that bookmarks have changed do I want to
save changes or discard?

How can I get these massages to go away?  THANKS MUCH IN ADVANCE!!!
